Terms of Service - Draw Heroes

Welcome to Draw Heroes! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Draw Heroes mobile application ("App") operated by Doved Studio ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Draw Heroes is an educational app that allows children to:

• Draw characters (heroes) on a digital canvas
• Transform their drawings into character images using artificial intelligence
• Create interactive stories featuring their characters
• Learn through educational gates integrated into stories
• Collect flashcards summarizing their adventures

2. User Account

Account creation is optional. The App can be used without an account, with all data stored locally on the device.

If you choose to create an account (via Apple or Google), you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Obtain parental consent if the user is a child
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. User Content

3.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create in the App, including character drawings and stories ("User Content").

3.2 License Granted

By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

3.3 Appropriate Content

Draw Heroes is a children's app. You agree not to create content that is:

• Violent, scary, or inappropriate for children
• Containing hateful or discriminatory speech
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to excessively access the App
• Create content that is inappropriate for children

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), belongs to Doved Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOVED STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Parental Supervision

We recommend that parents and guardians:

• Supervise their children's use of the App
• Review generated stories with their children
• Report any inappropriate content
• Set appropriate screen time limits

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
