Terms of Service - Glimpse

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Glimpse ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

2. Description of Service

Glimpse is a weekly photo collage application that allows you to:

• Capture one photo each day throughout the week
• Automatically create beautiful collages from your weekly photos
• Create and join "Circles" (family groups) to share collages
• React to and comment on shared collages
• View your collage history

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Doved Studio ("we", "our", or "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal device
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App.

4. User Conduct

When using Glimpse, you agree NOT to:

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' data without permission
• Disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the App
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Circumvent any security measures
• Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Content you share within your circles

6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Free Tier Limits:

• 1 circle
• Basic grid collage template only

Premium Benefits:

• Unlimited circles
• All premium collage templates
• Cloud backup of all photos and collages

Payment & Renewal:

• Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
• Payment is charged to your App Store account upon confirmation
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Refunds:

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you create (photos, collages, reactions). You are solely responsible for the content you share within your circles.

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the service to you and your circle members.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:

• Source code and software
• Design elements, collage templates, and user interface
• Logos, trademarks, and branding
• Text, graphics, and other content

belong to Doved Studio and are protected by applicable laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or absence of viruses
• Accuracy of collage generation

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOVED STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, photos, or memories
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Content shared by other users in your circles

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms or any harmful conduct.

You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App and/or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
